My aim is simple: to give you the insight and tools to understand yourself more deeply—and create meaningful, lasting change.
For nearly 10 years, I’ve supported people within mental health services, guiding them towards healing, deeper self-awareness, and creating meaningful changes in their lives.
In my work, I integrate my education in psychology and a trauma-informed approach with hypnotherapy, mindfulness and somatic techniques.
I offer a calm, compassionate, and safe space where you can gently reconnect with your body and emotions, move at your own pace, and begin to cultivate a deeper sense of balance, grounding, and inner stability.

Located in the middle is the symbol of mindfulness and AWARENESS.
It’s positioned between two minds representing
our past and our future.
This symbolises how we often live our lives being stuck in our past or future.
We often get carried away by what could be and what will be, worrying about our future and creating versions of it in our thoughts. The past mind represents all the experiences that shaped us - our conscious and unconscious patterns of beliefs, thoughts and emotions about us and other people. The ways our bodies learned to function and respond to the world.
The symbol of awareness merges two minds together and centres in the middle -
the present.
This is where we can teach our mind to be -
in the here and now.
Because it is only in the NOW that we can actually create any change.

HANDMADE CANDLES
Sense of Synergy candles are created using a 100% plant based blend of Coconut and Soy waxes made in the UK. In the spirit of nature, these candles also come with wooden wicks made from sappy fruit trees. Burning them creates a magical atmosphere, as wooden wicks make soothing crackling sounds which are reminiscent of a warm cosy fireplace.
How are the Sense of Synergy candles different from any other candles?
At Sense of Synergy, every candle is much more than a candle. It's a story. A story told by the scent and colour. Most candle makers use pre-made scented oil blends and add them to their candles, which means they don’t actually design scents for their products. The scents in SoS candles are entirely unique compositions, each created carefully and with a vision by myself.
